This program in Gadsden, Alabama is designed for persons who need a wide variety of job training and service related options including: work readiness programs, training on specific job tasks, and specific employment opportunities as well as supported employment and job coaching.

Sterling manages programs and facilities for and on behalf of Summit Education and Training Centers. Summit operates day habilitation facilities for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. These facilities are located in Etowah County and Cherokee County.

Utilizing a team of multi-disciplinary professionals, participants are given instructions and activities to enhance their skills with daily living tasks.

Transportation and meals are provided for the program, which operates five hours daily Monday - Friday.
